The Darfur Victims Advocacy Organization condemns the killing of volunteer Abubakr Abdeljabbar, head of the civil committee for the “Allah Yaburdi” initiative, as a result of indiscriminate shelling by the Rapid Support Forces on the city of El Fasher on September 11, 2025, around 2:00 PM.
The late Abubakr Abdeljabbar was one of the prominent leaders of the glorious December Revolution in El Fasher, North Darfur, always found at the forefront of the front lines. The organization holds the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible for targeting civilians through indiscriminate artillery shelling.
The organization extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to his family and his colleagues in humanitarian volunteer work.
