At exactly 9:00 AM, military aviation bombed the city of El Fasher in North Darfur state on March 18, 2024, with the bombardment concentrated in the northeast part, following clashes with army positions in the northern lines, in Elthoura, Riyadh, and Abuja neighborhoods. Afterward, the Rapid Support Forces launched random shelling, with one shell falling in Abu Shouk Camp market, resulting in the following injuries:
- Ibrahim Omar Osman Ahmed, aged 50, residing in Block 18 Square 9.
- Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Amin Mubarak, aged 14, residing in Block 1 Square 3, with an injury to the left hand.
- Bakheet Musa Kater, aged 30, residing in the Revolution neighborhood, with an injury to the right shoulder.
The Organization for Victims of Darfur condemns the attack on displaced civilians, calling for accountability and investigation, and urges the United Nations to protect civilians.
تمام الساعة التاسعة صباحًا، قصف طيران الحربي التابع للجيش مدينة الفاشر بولاية شمال دارفور في 81 مارس 4202، وتمركز القصف في الجزء الشمالي الشرقي، وذلك بعد حدوث اشتباك مع ارتكازات الجيش في الخطوط الشمالية، في حي الثورة، والرياض، وأبوجا. بعدها، أطلقت قوات الدعم السريع دانات عشوائية سقطت دانة في سوق معسكر أبوشوك، مما أدى إلى إصابة كل من الآتي:
1- إبراهيم عمر عثمان أحمد – من منطقة دالي – يبلغ من العمر 05 عامًا ويسكن بلوك 81 مربع 9.
2- إبراهيم محمد الأمين مبارك – يبلغ من العمر 41 عامًا يسكن بلوك 1 مربع 3 – الإصابة: رايش دانة في اليد اليسرى.
3- بخيت موسى كتر – يبلغ من العمر 03 عامًا ويسكن في حي الثورة – الإصابة: رايش دانة في الكتف الأيمن.
تدين منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور الاعتداء على النازحين المدنيين، وتدعو إلى محاسبة الجناة وإجراء تحقيق، كما تطالب الأمم المتحدة بحماية المدنيين.
