تدين منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور استغلال القضاة كأداة سياسية وتصفية الخصوم من قبل سلطة الأمر الواقع بقيادة البرهان حيث اصدرة محكمة الأوسط بامدرمان الأوسط حكما بالإعدام علي الاستاذ محمد دينق عضو حزب الأمة القومي ٣٠ يوليو ٢٠٢٥م بموجب قانون الوجوه الغريبة، حيث أفاد شاهد عيان للمنظمة ان الاستاذ محمد دينق ظل في منزله في مدينة امدرمان طوال فترة الحرب لم يغادرها بعد دخول الجيش امدرمان تم اعتقاله لفترة ٥ أشهر تقريبا، تطالب المنظمة بإطلاق سراحه فورا، كما تحمل الجيش المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامته،تناشد المنظمة المحاميين والمنظمات بتقديم العون القانوني لهم ،تلقت المنظمة قائمة تضم ٥٣ مواطن من جنوب السودان تم اعتقالهم بواسطة الجيش والخلية الامنية وكتيبة البراء بن مالك من جنوب الحزام مايو في ٢٠ أبريل ٢٠٢٥م بموجب قانون الوجوه الغريبة تم تحويلهم الي سجن سوبا والهدي سوف يقوم الفريق القانوني للمنظمة بتقديم العون القانوني لهم.
The Darfur Victims Support Organization strongly condemns the use of judges as political tools and the elimination of opponents by the de facto authority led by General Al-Burhan.
On July 30, 2025, the Central Omdurman Court issued a death sentence against Mr. Mohamed Deng, a member of the National Umma Party, under the so-called “Law of Foreign Faces.”
A witness told the organization that Mr. Deng had remained in his home in Omdurman throughout the war and never left. After the army entered Omdurman, he was arrested and detained for nearly five months.
The organization:
- Demands his immediate release
- Holds the army fully responsible for his safety
- Calls on lawyers and human rights organizations to provide legal assistance
Additionally, the organization has received a list of 53 South Sudanese citizens who were arrested by the army, the security cell, and the Al-Baraa bin Malik Battalion in South Al-Hizam (May district) on April 20, 2025, also under the Law of Foreign Faces.
They were transferred to Soba Prison and Al-Huda Prison.
The organization’s legal team will provide legal support to these detainees.
