Violent clashes erupted between the army, the Rapid Support Forces, and armed movements in the city of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur, on September 18, 2025. The fighting was concentrated in the western and southern axes. An eyewitness told the organization that loud explosions were heard and drones were used. The organization urges all parties to the conflict to immediately declare a humanitarian truce in the city.

اشتباكات عنيفة بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع والحركات المسلحة في مدينه الفاشر عاصمة شمال دارفور ١٨ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٥م تركزت الاشتباكات في المحور الغربي والجنوبي ،حيث أفاد شاهد عيان للمنظمة ان سماع دوي انفجارت قوية واستخدام للمسيرات، تناشد المنظمة جميع أطراف الحرب ضرورة اعلان هدنة إنسانية عاجلة في المدينة.
