The Darfur Victims Support Organization condemns the strategic drone strike carried out by the Rapid Support Forces targeting a mosque in the Grade One neighborhood (Al-Muluk neighborhood) in El Fasher, North Darfur State, on September 19, 2025.
The organization interviewed a relative of the victims, who reported that around 5:00 a.m., citizens were performing the dawn prayer. During the recitation of Surah Yaseen, the strategic drone directly targeted the mosque, resulting in the death of approximately 70 people. Among the deceased were King Sharif Adam Al-Tahir, Ahmed Ali Adam (Ahmedo), Habib Ibrahim Abdulrahman, Omar Hassan Silk, and others. Due to poor communication, the organization was unable to obtain the full list of names of the dead and injured.
The organization holds the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible. Targeting civilians within sacred religious sites constitutes a war crime and a violation of international humanitarian law. The organization calls for an independent investigation by the United Nations and the Security Council and demands that the perpetrators be brought to justice.
The organization extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families and friends of the victims.
منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور تدين قصف مسجد بطائرة مسيّرة ومقتل 70 مدنياً
تدين منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور، قصف طائرة مسيرة(استراتيجية )تابعة لقوات الدعم السريع استهدفت مسجد في حي درجة أولي(حي الملوك )بولاية شمال دارفور الفاشر ١٩ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٥م، حيث أجرت منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور مقابلة أحد أقرباء الضحايا افاد إن حوالي الساعة الخامسة صباحا المواطنين ادوا صلاة الصبح واثناء قرءاة سورة ياسين مباشرة استهدفت طائرة مسيرة استراتيجية المسجد أدت إلي مقتل حوالي ٧٠ شخص بين القتلي هم الملك شريف ادم الطاهر، وأحمد علي ادم (احمدو)وحبيب ابراهيم عبدالرحمن، وعمر حسن سلك واخرون نسبة لسوء الاتصالات لم تتحصل المنظمة علي باقي أسماء القتلي والجرحى.
تحمل المنظمة قوات الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة، استهداف المدنيين داخل المقدسات الدنينة يرتقي إلي جرائم حرب ،وانتهاك للقانون الدولي الإنساني، تطالب المنظمة بإجراء تحقيق مستقل بواسطة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الامن وتقديم الجناة للعدالة.
