The Darfur Victims Support Organization condemns the drone strike carried out by the army on the administrative unit of Al-Mazrub in West Bara locality, North Kordofan State. The organization conducted an interview with a relative of the victims from Al-Mazrub, who reported that on October 17, 2025, around 12:00 noon Sudan time, an army drone bombed a meeting of the tribal leadership of the Al-Majanin tribe. The meeting was convened to discuss ways to protect civilians. The attack resulted in the death of 21 citizens, including Chief Suleiman Jaber Jumaa Sahel, the leader of the Al-Majanin tribe and one of the region’s most respected elders and leaders.
The injured were transferred to Sudri Hospital and the Tenah Organization, located north of Al-Mazrub. The relative confirmed that this was a deliberate targeting of the Al-Majanin tribe by the army. The organization holds the army fully responsible for targeting civilians and calls on the United Nations Security Council and the Fact-Finding Committee to form an independent investigation committee and hold the perpetrators accountable.
The organization extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families and friends of the victims.

تدين منظمة مناصرة ضحايا دارفور قصف طائرة مسيرة تابعة للجيش وحدة إدارية المزوب بمحلية غرب بارا بولاية شمال كردفان حيث أجرت المنظمة مقابلة مع احد اقارب الضحايا من المزروب حيث افاد للمنظمة ١٧ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥م حوالي الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا بتوقيت السودان قصفت طائرة مسيرة تابعة للجيش اجتماع للإدارة الأهلية لقبيلة المجانين لمناقشة كيفية حماية المدنيين ادي مقتل ٢١ مواطن علي راسهم الناظر سليمان جابر جمعة سهل ناظر قبيلة المجانين ،من أكبر حكماء المنطقة وقيادتها، تم نقل المصابين إلي مستشفى سودري ومنظمة تنة التي تقعا شمال المزروب، حيث اكد ان ما تم هواستهداف ممنهج من قبل الجيش لقبيلة المجانين،تحمل المنظمة الجيش المسؤولية الكاملة عن استهداف المدنيين، تناشد المنظمة مجلس الامن الدولي ولجنة تقصي الحقائق تشكيل لجنة تحقيق مستقل ومحاسبةالجناة، تتقدم المنظمة بخالص التعازي وعظيم المواساة للاسر وأصدقاء الضحايا.
